Misfire

I have been chasing a misfire. It's the #1 cylinder that's firing inconsistently and it's the only one. I did a compression test and it was at 140psi and within spec against the other cylinders. I replaced the plug, plug wire and checked resistance on the injector. Just in case I even went as far as swapping #1 and 3 injector pigtails to see if it made any difference. I also have good vacuum and the needle was steady at 18". I attached a pic of the plug as well. Thoughts?
