Solved
After assembly I had what sounded like a huge vacuum leak. Traced it to the #9 injector. Took it apart and it was not seated. Took a while but it popped into place. Put it together and after a spirited ride it runs very well. Thanks to everyone who read and responded to my issues. A special thanks to Dt86. Your help was invaluable.
