I would avoid doing this, it's best to disconnect the Battery and fully charge it. These car's are loaded with micro-processors and any time you jump start one, there can be Voltage/current transients all over the electrical system.
Try a battery disconnect and recharge, followed by a reconnect. re verify whether or not the A/C is working. (If not) try interrogating for stored codes in both the ECM, and A/C programmer. Codes 66-70 in the ECM will prevent the A/C clutch from engaging. As well as several codes in the A/C programmer.
If the Battery is fully charged and "No" codes are present then there can be other issues that will prevent the system from working such as a low charge.
