Default Typical Water Pump Problems..

Today I changed my oil and I saw that the lower two screws on the faceplate of my water pump were wet. There was no standing water it was just damp. So, I got a mirror and looked underneath the pump and it doesn't look to be the weephole, it looks to be just the front cover. Does this mean it's time for a new water pump? I assume it's the factory one with 120k on it.

Thanks,
Colton

Wow if you got 120k out of the original water pump that might be some kind of record.
