Part suppliers show all different types distributors advance
Can anyone tell me which distributor the 89 c4 has from the factory and what types are compatible with ecm?
mechanical advance?
centrifugal advance?
vacuum advance?
computer advance?
replacements are all different types.

It's ECM/EST controlled - if you've a FSM it's very well explained in 6D4-1. There's various potential upgrades to an after-market using sometimes multiple components but why are you considering OR is it just a curiosity?
