Does anyone know if this electrical like blade connection is for? It's near the master cylinder on a 94 lt1 automatic?
Thanks !

Default Identification of wiring plug

Do you by chance have a official "GM Service Manual" set for your year car? I have a 1988 Coupe so I have the set including the Service Manual and the corresponding GM ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSIS SERVICE MANUAL SUPPLEMENT. In the back of the Electrical Diagnosis book is a drawing of virtually every connector as well as what and where it is.

First look in the "Component Location Views" section and identify where it is and that alone might tell you what it is. If not look further back in the book at "Harness Connector Faces" and you might be able to identify it from the view they give there.

I am not familiar with your year and the wiring of it so I am not much help personally. If I were to guess, I would guess that the tang on the connector is for securing it on a particular harness or device on your car. If you don't have the manuals put out a call and I am sure somebody can help you with your year.

Thanks ctmccloskey, I will do that. I have the manual and will look it up. I agree I think it is just a connector to securing the harness.
