Looks like someone has been digging around in the engine bay and my guess is it wasn't you. Looks like a bull in a china shop.
That MAF isn't factory and since the opti vent is unplugged we can only assume either the water pump or opti or both were replaced as well.

looking at the water pump that looks newish also. The hoses look new and yes that MAF looks new! I need to do more verification. "Trust but Verify"

I like the fact that OE hoses were used, there is no better fit for Corvette than OEM. Just shows whoever did the work at least cared enough to buy quality parts. It is a must for some applications.
