Default All 4 brakes dragging

I have a 92 LT1 that had, what went from a bad wobble, to an intermittent vibration, after getting the wheels balanced, and new inner tie rods. I had already replaced the opti, thinking that it was the motor. That wasnt it but it was in pretty bad shape anyway. When the vibration starts, going to neutral didnt change anything either. Everything else checked out, except a small leak from the rack. What i have noticed is whenever the vibration happens, after I stop at a light or something, the car will not roll without throttle applied. Not a lot, but it takes some to get it move. When I dont have the vibration, releasing the brakes, starts a good roll. I thought it was just one caliper sticking, and I needed to start with a new brake hose, but i felt all the wheels today, after it happened, and every wheel would have burned my hand if I had left it on there. Just wondering where I should start, since reading has led me to believe it could be ASR/ABS, caliper, booster, master, etc, etc. I havent done any brake work on it yet. Thanks for any help, or a point in the right direction. I'm not afraid to put the time in researching, but everything seems to be related to front, or back. Not both. BTW, I am averaging 11.2 mpg per the dash reading.

First thing I would look at are the rubber hoses to the calipers they can do this. Most change to stainless steel.

I went through the same problem with my 92....after about 5 minutes of driving my brakes would start to drag. So I jacked up each wheel when it was warm and found all 4 calipers were dragging. Long story short, I replaced the master cylinder and all was perfect.

i know it's possible but it seems like the chances of 4 hoses going bad at the same time are slim. Would one bad hose cause all 4 calipers to stick?

Quick booster to MC adjustment rod check: Loosen MC, install a 1/8" thick alignment shim between the MC & booster, tighten MC, road test.
Brakes ok = Pull MC away from booster, adjust booster to MC rod shorter.
Brakes still drag?
If high mileage check each caliper for sticking pistons.
As suggested SS brake hoses are recommended. A 4 wheel DOT SS hose kit is available.
