Default Idle issues-a little rough

Not sure if rough is the best way to describe but i feel a jumping feeling almost like its missing while at idle. Sometimes it does it worse and starts to feel like its going to stall. It hasnt so far but what couold cause this probelm. I did change the spark plugs and no difference. Should I also change the spark wires?

What do you suggest?

Clean the Throttle Body and IAC, check the plugs and wires. If the plugs and wires are old then replace them.

Best wires are MSD 8.5mm Superconductors, plugs are NGKs or AC Delco

Check the resistance of the injectors unplugged. They should be near 16 Ohms. :)

Im having the exact same issues with mine. Plus its much worse with the AC on. The plugs look fine but the wires are worn a quarter (yes I DID mean a fourth) of the way thru in spots from rubbing against each other. Im waiting on delivery of a stock replacement set of wires as we speak.

How do I go about checking this resistance?

On the L98, you should be able to unplug at least six of the eight injectors without removing the runners. Pop the metal clip off(push ears up and slide clip off) and remove the plug on each injector. Take a digital voltmeter and set to read Ohms. Put the leads to each injector and you will get the reading. It should be 16-17 Ohm's. :)

You can also try unplugging one at a time while the car is running. The idle should become smooth if you unplug the bad one (if that was the problem).
