I had a thread earlier where I cleaned up the ground on the driver side of my 94's horn and got sound once again. Not so lucky on the passenger side, so I got looking and found this video. I'll be giving this a try next weekend, looks pretty easy....
been there, done that. FWIW, for re-assembly, I used 8-32 X 1 phillips, pan head, stainless-black oxide screws w/ low profile/narrow hex nuts. at least on my 85's horn, the sizing was perfect.
on the subject on screws, if anyone wants to replace the screws holding the exhaust manifold heat shields together with stainless, these are a perfect replacement -
