ASR Problem
OK, Not real knowledgeable on my 96 LT4. I have had it a few years and had things replaced. Plan on giving it to my 10 year old Grandson. Got a problem. Went out to start it and it was super hard to start, thought maybe optispark, but it was replaced not long ago and maybe 1000 miles on it. They tac is not working and the ASR light is one and the button does not work. Someone told me that it could be (?) the ASR module? Not sure that is correct, but think that is what I remember. At 65 and a PTSD disabled Vietnam vet on a lot of meds, figured ask the guys that know. What am I probably looking at?
