Re: Paging Scorp508 (89vette)
Jason,
I ended up buying new trickflow heads, hypereutectic pistons, total seal rings. reused the cam, crank, piston rods and lifters. If I listen to you I may pay the same amount of money and much less headache. A lot of the extra cost was for the machine shop work that I didn't want them to do.:mad My brother suggested the parts and help me put the engine back together. The engine is back in the car last weekend, still have a lot of work to finish up with the engine and the heater core too

Re: Paging Scorp508 (VQT88Vette)
It took me more than an hour to put the bottom bolt for the engine mount on the pass. side today. Everything else were easy, for the last three weeks I took the mount out and put back about 4 times:mad. First two times were with the after market mount while trying to put the engine in the car. then find out hat it doesn't fit, had to put the old mount back in then today with new mount from Jeff.
I getting tired of working on this POS. I don't see how you guy say this is fun
My next mod. will be a C5. I don't want down time anymore :p:
