Default Need some Info please.....

Hello, i have a 1994 vette which had a running problem when the car got hot around 60 to 65 mph when you went to push the gas it had a mis, well I replaced wires, plugs,opti,ecm,temp sens,know runs fine on the highway after heating up but when at idel, it revs from like 600 to 1000 back and forth, and with a/c off my cooling fans never come on, i checked all the ecm grounds and they are fine, anyone know what this might be.. Thank you

When you say hot, how hot is hot? If it's around 210 that's about right. Mine gets up to 230 -240 in traffic and anywhere from 190-210 on the highway.

Check your coil wire to the opti, mine was rubbing against the water pump and grounding out.

It almost gets to 255 on gauge but the digital gage says around 230 the other one so which one is right??? Thank you for your help.. I will ck that coil wire.. how did you stop it from grounding out????
