You can prove its not the motor by unplugging the motor and jumping 12v to the grn/wh and wh/blk wires , + on the grn/wh and the headlight door should open. If not, then the problem is in the motor. If the motor is ok, then check for 12v on the grn/wh and wh/blk wires on the socket that plugs into the motor when the headlight switch is on. No 12v, then try swapping the LH headlight relay in place of the RH relay. If no 12v, then check for 12v on the red wire on the RH relay. If no 12v, then replace the fusible link.
