LT1/LT4 Carb Conversion

for anyone who has done this...

i'm most interested in the instrument panel, and cruise control. are those systems tied into the ecu in such a way that they cease to work?

i'm also interested in any other discoveries from doing the swap.

Hi Michel i put a Carbed 93 LT1 engine in my 84 vette.I removed the ecm and all the instrument panel work but not instant miles/gallon and range.You Can fit cruse control. to see some pics http://membres.lycos.fr/corvettelt1/mapage.html

thanks. however, i'm concerned that the late dash might behave differently than the early dash.
