Default Clear greasy fluid dripping

Clear greasy fluid dripping off front driver side sway bar bushing (big one connected to chassis). It's kind of under the PS reservoir and I thought it might be that being as I flushed it a month or so ago but the PS fluid is red Red Line. This is clear as water but greasy slick. I don't know how at the location it could be brake fluid. Thoughts? It's a tiny puddle not an excessive leak.

I'd be checking your brake lines or bleeder valves. Clear liquid with a mineral spirit consistency may be brake fluid.

Also, fluid have a tendency to travel depending on what components they hit on "the way down."

Since it is up front near the PS, start with your brakes.

Pretty sure it's old PS fluid that dripped all over when I removed the hose from the reservoir when I flushed the system. The cradle the reservoir sits in has fluid in it. The brakes are dry as a bone. Attached are some pics. Brakes, wet bottom of the PS reservoir and dried off bottom of reservoir.

I would look at the short rubber hose under your power steering reservoir. And peekaboo.

Get a turkey baster and suck the fluid out the pull the res and change the hose.

i had a leak on the power steering pump itself on my 93 once

it was not hoses or lines.

i took the opportunity to upgrade to a turn one aluminum housing version of the pump.
their version doesnt squeal at autox either.

good luck
