Looks like it from this angle. There is a pee hole at the bottom. See if it is wet.
Either internal and coming out the pee hole as ak says or just a pooched gasket. In my case it was the gasket.
If you do the job yourself it's easy but be prepared for the hidden ac bolt.
Search on here. Easy if you know about it. And be sure you get the correct torn bit for that one bolt. Strip it because you used a small bit and you are f'd.
Hard to tell, I had that U shaped hose above the WP leak on mine. If you have 'yellow' antifreeze in your car, get a black light and put it in a dark area. Many brands will fluoresce under the right conditions, making it easier to find the leak.

So in case it helps anyone else, it was indeed a bad hose clamp on a hose near the water pump.
Glad you go it fixed. Took a while to track mine down till I tried using a pressure tester and a black light. 2cents worth of advice, get yourself a long (about 12" IIRC) screwdriver to keep in the car. Mine worked loose again after a month or two. Made it a lot easier to retighten it down without have to tear anything off. I now carry a small toolkit in the car, including that screwdriver.

I replaced as many circle clamps as I could with spring clamps instead. That way they can't loosen themselves and also can't eat into the hose from being too tight (this caused a secondary leak in a different hose).
