Yes it does.
Roll down the windows, close the door and lock it with the key or the power door locks. Then reach in and unlock the car using the power door lock switch. Alarm should go off.

to turn the alarm off, use the key to unlock the door!!!!
also there should be a security light on the lower left side of the dash. when you open the door, it starts flashing, then when you lock the door, set the alarm, it stays lit
