How many miles on those injectors? Do you use a fuel additive?
Ash build up tells me ther is something in the gas, or the fuel is not fully vaporized.
Change your brand of gas.
Re: Opinions please, check out this plug (Raistlin)
looks somewhat oil fouled from blow by then cylinder combustion was burning it off the electrode & leaving some grime. it wouldn't suprise me if you had a fractured ring in the cylinder that came out of.
Re: Opinions please, check out this plug (L98Terror)
You might also try a non platinum plug. I've heard and I can in no way verify this that platinum plugs tend to run cooler, and will foul out quicker, especially if the car isn't in perfect tune.

Re: Opinions please, check out this plug (L98Terror)
rule #1 NEVER RUN PLATINUM PLUGS ON NOS !!!!! buy the $1.99 NGK Fr6 if your running no2, FR5 if your not. the nitrous and n02 don't really get along, also that oil definatly could be from a cracked ring. no2 on a platinum plug that's probably hot will create some insane cylinder heat. that on top of GM's cast iron top ring...do a leak down test, not just compression, if the ring is just fractured it will hold some compression but it won't hold up to a leak down.
Like GTSYellow said, NEVER run PLATINUM PLUGS with NITROUS. I have some plugs that look worse than that from detonation under juice. Unfortunately the pistons looked worse. If I were you I would definately do a leak down test and buy some copper plugs and gap them at 35. The plug could just be loaded up from the electrode being melted. If that is the case, I would consider yourself very lucky.

What plugs do you run Chris?
I usually run Autolite 103 plugs (2 stages colder than stock) gapped at 35. Right now I have a set of NGK TR5 (stock range) in there gapped at 35. You can run a 100 shot on stock range plugs as long as they are copper core. If you run a 150 on stock heat range plugs it is probably a good idea to run some race gas mix. I have also run Autolite 104's and stock heat range Autolite 106's.

Looks like build up from detonation to me. Do a search of plug wear on the web and you will find lots of pictures like this. That metal is comming from your combustion chamber parts.
