Its an 85 does anyone have a bracket or something behind the converter?

In 85 the cars had a single 2 piece hanger, that went that went from the Transmission tail shaft housing with a heat shield. Later cars had an Additional Rubber hanger that went from Torque Beam to "Y" Pipe
Thanks for the confirmation I guess I am going to have to engineer something.
the stock 85 exhaust system is not configured for mid-system support bracket or hanger. I added an 86-91 exhaust hanger to my 85, and retrofitted it with 86-up exhaust. the hanger mounts toward the rear of the "C" support beam and connects to the rear Y-pipe via a rubber dogbone. here's a pic of the hanger -
the two mounting holes for the hanger should be in the 85's C-support beam, and installation is pretty much plug and play. connecting the 86-up style hanger to an 85's rear y-pipe is another story...

neither, off the top pf my head, i'm thinking the, corsa cat back system's, y-pipe starts at 3 inches, splits into two, 2.5 inch pipes that go into the mufflers -
actually, those pipes WERE on my 85, but removed them because of a magnaflow main cat fitment issue. I could not get the ball joint (cat exit) to seal properly. anyway, removed the system, and installed it on my 90 with a flowmaster main cat. fitment issue solved. I went to a walker, stock OE type replacement exhaust on my 85. to be honest, the damn thing sounds pretty good. not "in your face" loud, but a good healthy sound without drone. must be the age, but my old man ears can't take the noise anymore -
