While certainly not the highest priority for me, the A/C blower motor does not seem to be operating at all. I figure this is probably a pretty easy fix unless the motor itself is out. Even then, it's probably an easy fix, just a more expensive one.
Can someone help me get started on diagnosing this issue?
Does blower motor have 12v going to blower terminal and is motor grounded? If you jump 12v to blower terminal does blower operate? Have you checked fuses?

fuses appear to be good-nothing in the fuse box is blown.
I know where the blower motor is, but where is the blower terminal?
You should see 12 volts on the red wire on the blower motor resistor network. That red wire comes directly from the starter solenoid 12 volt positive battery cable through a fusible link.
Do you have the FSM? There's more to command the fan than one expects. You can "jumper" B+ to where there's now a BLK/RED at the motor and so long as the motor is grounded then it would run. There's no purple!

I do have FSM and I read all of that, but diagrams don't always help me know what stuff looks like in the real world...

The page following nearly ALL of diagrams has the more simple checks for operation confirmation and also has a component location "image" for nearly ALL components. The more familiar you get with the electrical aspect of the FSM the easier life gets and you avoid foolish purchases also. NOT ALWAYS but "often"!
