U-Joint destroyed.
Attaching photos. It appears to me that the bolts holding the u joint straps came loose from the spindle and caused this damage.When I unbolted the u joint attached to differential they seemed loose and easy to get out, also there were no lock washers. I have all new parts now and thinking I should add lock washers when bolting it back together. Any thoughts on this,has anyone on this forum had this problem? 114K on car.
