I recently bought a 1994 Corvette with an automatic 4l60E. It has 80k miles and runs great. My mechanic is going to drop the transmission to replace the rear main seal and service it. It is completely stock, and any major upgrades will be a little further down the road.
However, I have read a lot about shift kits, servos, and all of that. Even though I am planning on keeping it mostly stock for now, I would like to firm things up and give it a little more boost when I get on it. I know there have been a lot of write ups on this, but I am new to the corvette world and would love some advice on shift kits, servos, tunes, etc. I will not be doing the work myself. Thanks in advance!
NO need to drop a pan. I had a 95 with a 4L60E for a few weeks. I played with a few shift tables. The end results were radically different. PS, as you can see. 50% of EE tables control the trans.
