When had my 91 it had same issue with power locks and seat controls not working and the 30 amp breaker clicking off and on and of course getting hot as hell. Obvious from a dead short so removed the breaker until short was found. Ended up being the 12 volt feed that comes up through the console for use as an accessory feed. Somehow the wrap wore off and shorting to metal in the console.
