There used to be short throw kits. They consisted of the levers that attach to the transmission shift forks. They shortened the length of the levers to make a shorter throw on the shifter.
However, I have not seen these for a long time. If you are lucky, you may be able to find some. Possibly they are the same as some of the other four speed shifters that come with these levers. You might call some of the shifter companies and see if they will interchange.
