I have Accel fuel injectors in my 87 with a 400 small block and they work just fine.

I heard that they are rebranded Ford injectors. I don't know how true that is...

pretty sure accel does not manufacture their injectors. someone here posted that accel's are actually made by bosch, and repackaged. I verified that somewhat on-line on another forum. if they are truly bosch, then most likely a very good injector. on the flip side, I have read that some folks have had issues with accels. so, FWIW....

I know the coil for the L98 didn't fit worth a crap on my 86..couldnt even shut the hood and had big time poor fit with the firewall.

I' m running 24lbs. Accel injectors on my 93 (identical to your 92). No problems at all. Much better than the original Multecs.
