Resonators
What resonators is everyone using to get rid of the drone on 87 coupe. I removed my pre cats and main cat. Using ultra flow mufflers that are like new so really don't want to change them. I love the sound at idle but around 1600-1800 rpm and on the highway I have the dreaded drone so loud I can't hear my wife yell at me....to slow down. May be a good thing right...lol....thx..

simple fix would be to put a glasspack or bullet muffler(s) in line before the Y pipe at the rear.If you are running true duals then use two.You could always put one where the cat used to be but i prefer farther back.
Corsa is the only thing that cured mine but it was a 96 with a built stroker motor,long tubes,and a host of other mods.
