Scan and Edit tool
I have a 94 LT-1 Corvette and wonder if Tunecat or Lt-1 Edit or anything else out their will scan for code and do the edit. Trying to keep cost down.
The only thing I will be changeing is the fans and I would like to use my idea when they should turn on and off. But I also would like to be able to scan and clear codes if I should ever get one.

not sure if you can use either of those to clear DTC's, but i know they don't scan. get an editor (like tunercat) for tuning and download datamaster for scanning and reading/clearing DTC's.

TC is just an editor package. Turns the FLASH/EPROM/PROM contents into human readable format.
A scanner, converts the PCM info to human readable format.
2 different things. Both are needed to make custom PROMs.
