Default LT1 nitrous - plate or nozzle?

I am installing nitrous on the LT1 that I am dropping into the wifes 71 vette. I already have some JE flat tops and a Cola crank for it. Just need some decent rods. But more to the point, I also have six NX Piranha nozzles. I am thinking about mounting one or two nozzles in the intake or using a plate. I also have a Holley 52mm TB for the engine. What do you guys think? Should I go nozzle or plate? If nozzle, where should I mount it or them? I am planning on using an elbow off the TB into the MAF and a cone air filter so I was thinking about mounting the nozzles right in front of the throttle blades. One on each side. The other issue is I am thinking a max of 100HP and the Compucar plate's minimum is 90HP. I am thinking I would have a little more flexability with the nozzles. Anyway, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have heard good and bad about the plates. What I hear is that the nozzle gives the option of injecting the nitrous further away from the engine. I have heard people say that the plate is too close, and the two front cylinders get less or no nitrous. I have seen no proof of this, but makes sense. My nozzle is upstream from my intake about 14 inches or so.

Actually, my nozzle is right at the end of my SLP cold air induction runners. Just before the plastic accordion thing that connects to the MAF. I am spraying BEFORE the MAF. Should do no harm, but may shorten it's life. Nobody could tell me for sure. I'll go snap a pic.

That looks like that would do the trick, but what about a 200 shot would it handle it???? I also seen in Jegs a throttle body from NOS that had the lines/jets already in made into it. Adjustable from 50 to 200 shot Arizona Speed and Marine has a manifold that has a fogger setup on it but who know how much that would be. Do anyone have this or what do some of you think about it?

Spraying a wet shot through the MAF is a :nono: . Ok with a dry shot + fuel enrichment.

:yesnod: Even so, It will most likely burn the MAF out sooner.

I wouldn't go more than a 150 shot. :nonod:
