Trouble Codes
sunny day top down ran great all day, got engine check light on way home, checked codes set 36,43,46,51,52,54,61,63, check ecm pulled mem/cal chip reseated checked for loose connection still starts but runs rough, could not reset codes any help out there

Usually a bunch of error codes are caused by a bad ground. In this case that would be G104:
G104 is located in different places, depending on the year (which you failed to supply). In early cars its on the back of the driver's side head. In the middle years it's on a bolt above the oil filter. In later years it's on a bolt for the bell housing.
