Hello again everyone. First off thanks for all the advice from my last posts, we are well on our way to getting our new (to us) C4 on track.
and I have a few more questions.
1. Should I run a cooler for the diff? Its a Dana 44, but we will be running endurance races (7-8 hours long). People seem split on weather or not its going to cook. If I DO run a cooler recommendations would be appreciated.
2. What are some good specs for the alignment? We have to run DOT tires with 200 tread wear or harder on them.
3. Ive read that 4th Gen Camaro wheels will fit on the early C4 Corvette. Do they?
Synthetic dif. lube is better for high temps, recommended for tow rigs. Mobil 1 90-140, Royal Purple 85-140 synthetic. Both limited slip type fluids that have friction modifier.
