I have a 86 and after i have driven it, the car won't start. All the dash lights and headlights work and the battery is charged up. I have replaced the starter and have bypassed the security system. When I turn the key on there is no sound of any and no response. I hope someone can help me with my problem. Thank you.
You don't mention whether it's a manual or automatic. If a manual, are you depressing the clutch pedal? There's a switch on the pivot of the clutch that if it goes bad or the clutch isn't depressed can do this. Anything showing on the DIC?
Have you tried a remote starter when this happens? that might help figure out if it's something inside the car wiring/systems or not.
When you say you've bypassed the security system - what and where did you do it and to what?
Now is a good time to get a FSM if you don't already have one.

is it a cranking no start or a non crank no start
sry. by "no sound of any" i assume you mean that you are dealing with a non cranking no start.
double check all your vats by pass.
check for battery voltage at your starter
check the starter solenoid.
there is probably a flow chart for non cranking no start but i dont' have my book in front of me.
