For light scratches, such as swirls, there has recently been, in the 'Car Care' section, a lot of praise for the 3M scratch remover... For anything deeper, that has gone through the clear and especially the color coats, the only real fix is going to be one involving a proper paint touchup of the damage... Unless there is A LOT of damage, these kinds of repairs and correct color matching can be done without repainting the whole vehicle.
