Hello all,

1987 Corvette coupe 59000 miles automatic. I just received my new dash to door seal for my 1987 C4. I thought I read that you should use RTV or similar sealant when installing this moulding. The moulding is soft and rubbery on each side. Does this get installed dry or should I use RTV?

Install the new one exactly like the old one you take out , does that one have a sealer on it or not??....WW
