HELP, won't turn over
I have a 93 Vette, LT1, 6 speed, and once in a while when I turn the the key to the start position, it won't turn over. I never know when this is going to happen, probably once every 20 times I try to start it. I wait a little while and then it will turn over and start. Of course, I have the clutch fully depressed, and wondered if the safety switch to the clutch is faulty, or it's something else.
If anyone has had this problem, and has a fix, or an idea of what the problem might be, and how to fix it, PLEASE let me know how to fix it. Thanks, Jim

had same problem for 2 yrs. i took out safety switch and bent the arm just a little to make it work sooner. now its perfect, or you can unplug it and bypass it,, good luck

get on your back in the drivers seat and follow clutch pedal up. its has a small linkage to the pedal leading up to a metal bulb shaped switch bolted on the firewall about an inch and a half in diameter. its a real pain but it fixes the problem.
