Hypertech Programmer

I am considering buying a Hypertech 345752 for '94~'95 LT-1 vettes ...local private sale.

Is there a way to tell if a programmer is locked to a vehicle or not? Is the only way to tell by trying to load it into a vehicle ?

I have the serial number. If I call Hypertech...can they tell me?

Ok.. kind if thought so. I will need to plug it into my car to determine if it is married to another vehicle.

Sounds a bit like pick up night at the singles bar !! LOL😁
