Default U joints

I'll be replacing my broken Dana 44 with another. While I'm there, I might as well replace u-joints.

Is there any HD u-joints , or is it worthwhile to get a certain kind?

I have no problem with Spicer, but I prefer Moog. Used them for years without a problem. Happens my 86 had Spicer's in it when I bought it and they were all rusted up.

mainly strength. The zerk hole is a weak point if you stress the u-joint. Also if you put them in wrong you could have the knuckles clip off the zerk.

Some people like them, some don't. It's a personal thing.
