I use Mobil 1 in my 89 Convertible. 10W-30 since I live in the south and generally avoid those below 30 degree starts that require 5W-30.

I also use MOBILE-1 10w-30 but any good synthetic (even some of the best non-synthetic mineral base oils) will work provided you keep the oil and filters changed and clean on a very regular basis and never let the oil levels get low. keeping the oil clean and filters clean is the key to good long parts life, as long as the oil is top quality
