Is TPIS still a legitimate website?
It seems to be somewhat shady
Any ideas?

I was going to say; just call them up.

I have been there; small company in Minnesota off a road that is off the beaten path. They are busy dyno tuning, making parts, etc. The website is an afterthought for them. Just call them.
