1994 engine miss?

1994 engine miss?
I have a 1994 with the lt-1. when I'm at a stop light the engine will stumble
3 or 4 times run smooth then do it again.I have run sea foam thru it thinking it might be a dirty fuel system but no help there.
any ideas from anybody would be appreciated.
It has a new option spark, plugs and wires last year.
Also when it gets hot the 2nd gear shift is kind of sluggish like the trans might be overdrive early, once the rams get higher it runs good.
I've been told its the 700r4 trans is a dog in 2nd gear.???
