People have for years. I wanted them, but I ended up with an old set of TPIS headers.
Many threads here on them and some complain about installation, but very few headers that I know of just drop right n these cars if they have all the stock junk in there.
I spoke to them years ago and they seemed decent. If you are not having big expectations I'd bet you'd be surprised considering the competitors are like 3 times as much? on some products.

I believe the OP is interested in a "CAT-back" and isn't interested in comments regarding headers.
OP - I know a couple that have done the OBX installs and none were happy with what's required for a quality install regarding "FIT". One fellow I believe relented and bought Corsa.
First hand I've nothing to add. I didn't help - I've seen an install that after much tweaking appears to be an acceptable fit.
One of the responses about OBX was very positive and has several pictures. I was going to buy that system, but at the time it was not available and I was concerned about customer service. I don't know the availability or customer service status now.
I ended up with a Corsa cat back system that I found cheap on Craigslist. For me it was worth the couple hundred mile drive to get them.
I bought the OBX cat back for my LT1 and am mating it to Exotic Muscle headers. The finish of the exhaust/welds is excellent. I purchased some aftermarket Torca clamps just in case and even IF the shop needs to tweak a thing or two well worth it for a 500 dollar exhaust. I still can't get over the welds and polish on these, to be frank the welds on the OBX catback are finer than my Exotic Muscle welds. I'll get it installed soon and report back on fitment/sound and maybe a video still messing with wheels.
and would not recommend for anyone that isnt willing to do some fab work or pay to have the fab work done, fit was terrible, though I have herd positive reviews about the Lt version. also on mine at first there was no drone, but after about a month of driving the drone under lode was terrible. I was able to tame the drone but took some more fab work.
Wow, the price is certainly right. I can see why anyone would be tempted to roll the dice on it. It's like a third of what some of the Corsa systems are selling for on Amazon.
the OBX mufflers on mine internally is a glass pack that y's out to the two tail pipes, looks good on the outside but nothing like the corsa on the inside.
I put the OBX headers and catback on the ZR-1. Headers fit with no issues, catback needs a lot of "persuasion" to go in place. I welded all the joints except where they slip on the fake cats. I worked on a 93 before that had the catback only and I ended up welding them too because the clamps sucked and the pipes kept falling out.
I'm actually surprised the setup sounds pretty nice, not super loud, no drone. The Magnaflow system on the GS is louder, and deeper but some slight drone. I've had a Corsa setup on the GS and never cared for the sound, but there was no drone.
The link in the 3rd or 4th reply has a fella that states he had to weld in O2 "Bungs". If necessary, does anyone know where to get these "Bungs". I would assume they are weld in threaded tubing were the O2 sensors can be mounted but have no idea where to get them??
Thanks!
