Injector pulse width on '86 MAF 165 system
What range should the injector pulse width be at WOT?
I have a non-L98 based 383 (see link in sig for all the details) with the 24 lb/hr FMS injectors. It recently dyno'd at 320 hp and 425 ft-lbs at the rear wheels. Looking at the data from it's fastest 0-60 mph run the injector pulse width appears to be about 10-11 ms at WOT with a rich 12.2-12.4 A/F mix. Is that an excessively long pulse width for these injectors? I'm wondering if I shouldn't have bought the 30 lb/hr injectors.
