Just a big thank to the Corvette Forum and it's helpful and knowledgeable members.
Got the headlamp motors rebuilt last night that would not have possible without researching here on the forum. The fsm only shows how to replace the whole headlamp motor. They work good as new now. On a side note the driver side is easier due to the gear shaft exiting out through the cap you remove. On the passenger side filing off the backside ridge of the gear where it meets the worm gear makes it much easier to reassemble. What a great forum!!!
