I replaced my brake switch since the 3rd brake light wasn't working...only for the 3rd light (diagnosing this was a real stumper I'll tell ya. I assumed since the brake lights worked...the switch was good but Nooooooooooo that woulda been too easy eh!). Anyhoo, as a result, the console hood latch button no longer works (the buttons on the doors do however). Any chance I moved some wires that control this button when replacing the brake switch? In other words, anyone know if any wires supplying this button are down near the brake switch wires?

Probably a good chance. You have to remember too, the car is fourteen years old, and after a while some wires just become brittle and break. :chevy
Sweet car man! :yesnod:
Hey Bill, like your choice in styles; with only 20k miles she must be mint.
Are you planning on any go-fast mods or keeping it mint?
Ditto to you on styles!!! Not yet on the mods but I intend to do all I can w/o opening the motor. I'll do all air mods including MAF, MAT sensor relocation, open-air lid, K&N everything, kill the frisbee, get the Hypertech, new exhaust and I think that'll do her. I don't think I am at risk on losing "originality" with exception of the exhaust. This is my biggest concern. This car is simply beautiful and all original. I wanna maintain this originality as much as possible however, I refuse to be taken by a rice burner.
