Fuel issue Solved
My 91 was experiencing fuel pressure issues. It was hard to start because the pressure would go from 40 to 20 immediately. Testing confirmed the leak was not in the tank. No smoke from exhaust and no external leaks. I pulled the hose from the FPR and there was no fuel, but, that was the culprit. New FPR installed and all is good now. Posted this in the event anyone else is having similar problems
