I have the OBD2 version of LT1-edit. Functions exactly like the OBD1 version, but adds some control over the OBD2-specific tests (like letting you disable the rear O2 sensors and Cat tests). I've been really happy with it.
I believe that you will get your cable from Carputing at this time. They started offering a complete solution (I think).

I have both my stock LT1 file and the modified one for a 95 auto on my website. Its a 95 OBDI setup but it gives you an idea of what was changed and how tuning differs from OBDI and OBDII.
