Default Help - Headlamp fit adjustment

I would like to improve the fit of the headlamp bucket in the hood opening. Can anyone suggest the best method or the order in which to make adjustments? I have a little bit of a rub along one edge that I want to correct before it gets to wearing too much.

Thanks!

I watched Gordon Killibrew do this to the headlamp shell this spring, if it is the same problem. The bucket/shell has a screw on each side (?). If so, stop the headlamp rotation in mid cycle, loosen those screws, and you can adjust the shell a little to allow for not hitting/scrapping the hood as it moves back and forth. It even took Gordon more than a few trys to get the alignemnt just right, so don't give up.

i just fixed the bushings in the motors. i had to take the whole headlight assembly off the hood. it's real easy, it's only attached in 6 places, 2 nuts on each side and 2 screws on the bottom. when i put the lights back on, i was able to center the lights in the hole. it did take 2 people, one to hold, one to tighten.

guess i should re-aim my lights
i just realized that now
