Since its a stand alone system, it's up to you. You could cut every thing you don't need out, tie it out of the way, or remove and store or sell it. If the harness is in better than average condition I would carefully remove it and try to sell it with ECM.

That's my next system, I'm running the FAST right now but the Sniper offers better tuning. my tuner wants me to switch but i can't pony up the dough for it just yet
