how to remove the 90 CORVETTE A/C programmer
Can some one please tell me how to remove the A/C programmer in my 90 taken the bottom off the dash and removed the bolt but can not get the loom to detach and it's not for the want of trying spent nearly two hour at it today

There is a small “press on” nut on the stud that connects the vacuum lines to the programmer. You will need to use some small diagonal wire cutters to detach it from the stud. Don’t cut the lines when removing it. When re-attaching, use a threaded nut. The wiring should just unplug.

Did this yesterday....Someone posted about it long ago. There is a "push nut" or like a snap ring thing. Anyway, grab it with needle nose pliers and twist it sideways and break it. Then the whole block of vacuum lines unplugs. You don't need the clippy thingy that we just broke!. If you find a place to get the programmer, please let me know!
