Default HELP with torx 1985 interior restoration

hi

i want to replace the seat belts and am trying to remove the seat belt buckle arms which are both connected to the interior frame by a torx 6 prong screw (i believe)...i purchased torx bit sockets but can not even BUDGE the screws...i am trying to turn in a counter clockwise direction. the bits do not have the hole in the center if that matters...can anyone please help...thanks

T-47 and an impact - if the car drives maybe visit a shop.
